Our History

Three generations have succeeded one another since Vazart-Coquart was founded. Louis, Jacques and now Jean-Pierre have all contributed to the development of the estate.

The plots are located exclusively on the Chouilly terroir, a Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs. Chardonnay is the predominant grape variety. Of the 30 plots on the estate, only 2 are planted with Pinot Noir.

This estate, deeply rooted in its terroir, is committed to respecting the environment. The vineyard is now certified “Agriculture Biologique”.

The estate produces a very mineral, airy, and elegant champagne.
