Located in Villers-Marmery, this village is unique in that its grape varieties are mainly Chardonnay (98%). An island of Chardonnay on the Montagne de Reims, where Pinot Noir usually dominates. Tillage and cover cropping have made a comeback here. With a 'pragmatic' approach to vineyard management, the winery strives to respect the environment. The estate offers terroir-based champagnes for tasting, to be enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere.
