Today, it’s Émilie and Simon — a close-knit sister and brother duo — who bring fresh energy to the family estate, with a clear ambition: to make their heritage sparkle. Together, they craft wines with strong personalities, driven by Pinot Noir and a true vision — that of sincere, precise Champagnes, deeply rooted in their terroir.
